This tool does not ask who you are. It has no accounts and sets no cookies. It does not track you and runs no analytics that identify you or your device.

Your answers are used only to generate a suggestion during your request, and are not stored, logged, or linked to you afterwards.

We keep one piece of aggregate information: weekly counts of how often each supplement is suggested and how often each goal, interest area and already-taken supplement is selected, each counted on its own, so we can see what is common. These counts hold no information about you or your device and cannot be linked to each other or to you; they are weekly totals only. They are shared with no one, and we keep these totals for up to 12 months.

To protect the service from abuse, the server keeps the address a request came from in memory for up to 10 minutes to limit how many requests come from one source. This is not written to disk, not linked to your answers, and not shared.

Our network provider may keep its own standard access logs, which can include IP addresses, as is normal for any website.

If you use this tool inside another product, such as ChatGPT, your inputs also pass through that product under its own privacy policy.

After those 10 minutes we hold nothing linked to you, so there is nothing to access, change or delete.
